Letter of Invitation
The SWST Executive Office will be pleased to send an invitation letter to any participant making such as request. It is understood that such an invitation letter is intended to help potential attendees obtain a visa or raise travel funds. It does not constitute the Society’s agreement to fund any costs. Refund Policy
- No refund will be given after May 15, 2011.
- A 50% refund will be offered from April 1 to May 15, 2011.
- A 75% refund is offered before April 1, 2011.
