Student Poster Winners 2001

The 2001 Student Poster Competition was held on Saturday, June 23, 2001, at Wyndham Baltimore Inner Harbor Hotel, Baltimore, Maryland. Judges for the Competition were: Dan Dolan, Fran Wagner, and Mike Hunt.

The winners were:

First Place - $250 - Awarded to: Milan Sernek
Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA for his poster
"Characterization and Bonding Performance of Inactivated Wood Surfae"

Second Place - $125 - Awarded to: Thaddeus J. Ryan
Washington State University, Pullman,WA for his poster
"Inter-Story Shear Transfer in Wood-Frame Buildings"
