Requests for early check in and late checkout can be made with hotel staff, but are not guaranteed.  Should any delegate not vacate their accommodation room at the resort checkout time, and without making prior arrangements for a late checkout, additional fees will apply.
On check in all guests are required to provide a credit card details in the form of a $200.00 pre-authorisation, or a $200.00 cash bond.  Contracted rates are available for  two (2) days pre and two (2) days post the official event dates.

There is no room block, so rooms and prices are available subject to availability.  Book early!

You can choose to stay at either Mantra Resort or Peppers Resort (The Convention meetings will take place at Peppers).  All room rates are inclusive of full buffet breakfast and WIFI

–All delegates will have access to the special contracted accommodation rates as per the form.
–In order to submit their booking request, they need to return this form to the Resort via email as soon as possible.
–All rooms are subject to availability until the booking form is processed and a confirmation email is received from the Resort.
–A completed Credit Card Authorisation Form (page 2) is required for prepayment at 7 Days prior to arrival. Bookings will not be reserved without a completed Credit Card Authorisation Form.
–Full payment will be processed at 7 Days prior to arrival and a Tax Invoice will be issued on departure.
–Everything is included in the rates above – no additional taxes added.

• Undercover parking is available for day and overnight use, and is offered complimentary (subject to availability).
• The Spa At Salt is a world-class luxury spa with a range of health and wellness programmes designed to help you unwind, de-stress and rejuvenate. Spa treatments for men and women include massage, facials, body wraps, energy balancing, Vichy Shower, manicures, pedicures and healing sessions.

Shipping to Hotel:

The Resort will accept deliveries of goods two (2) working days prior to the event, and all goods must be collected within two (2)
working days following the conclusion of the event. A fee will apply for each day items remain at the hotel outside of the two (2) working
days prior and post event.
