Depending on which airport you choose to fly into and out of, there are different airport setups. Flagstaff is a much smaller airport and you will be traveling to another United States city before departing where you will do an immigration check. Phoenix is an international airport and is large. When you arrive, you look at the monitors to find your flight to see which is your check-in counter. It is possible your counter won’t be open until 3 hours before the flight. After your check-in, you proceed to security. Be sure to allow enough time to get through this area.
