Room rate – $179
The check-in time is 4:00 PM and the check-out time is 11 :00 AM. Hotel will accommodate any early arrivals on a space available basis only.
For guests arriving prior to or staying after the dates of the conference, the rate will be offered on a space available basis only and will be subject to current guestroom rates and reservation restrictions at the time the reservation is requested.
The above room rates are valid for single/double occupancy. There is no additional charge for children under 18 staying with an adult, and each additional adult will incur a $15 charge per night. Room rates are exclusive of 10% tax and a 1% County Tourism Assessment that is subject to change in accordance with State and Local Taxes.
In lieu of several incidental resort charges, a fee of $15.00 per room, per day, will be added to each individual room account as an incidental charge. An optional fee of $1.00 per room per night will be added to each guest’s folio. This fee goes to the Yosemite Conservancy (YC), the non-profit organization that not only offers many programs like Free Art Classes and Yosemite Theater, but also organizes volunteers that help with many park projects, manages the wilderness permits, provides bear proof canisters, and publishes many of the best guidebooks about Yosemite.

Guests unable to use our online reservation system can make their reservation by calling (800) 635-5807, Option #1 and identify they are with the SWST 2019 International Convention, or using the group code 3164E1 to receive the group rate.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1. It is suggested to use a credit card instead of a debit card to hold your reservation. The card will be charged a deposit.
2. All individual guest rooms must be cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival to receive a full refund.
3. All reductions to a guest’s length of stay must be received 48 hours or more prior to arrival. If a reduction in room nights is made within 48 hours of arrival, the guest will be required to pay for the full original length of stay.
4. All early departures, no shows and late arrivals will be charged the contracted nightly rate for each night the reserved room is not occupied by the individual.
Room block expires September 15, 2019. After that date, rooms will be available at the $179 rate if available.
Shipping to Lodge:
Should you be shipping boxes for your meeting, they must be addressed to the attention of your Conference Service Manager at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite, and marked with the name and date of your function. Due to limited storage space, we request that shipments not arrive any earlier than three days prior to the group’s arrival. Due to the resort’s mountain location, FedEx is the only guaranteed overnight service. Departure/delivery of FedEx packages occurs each weekday between 11am-3pm only.
GreenPath
Tenaya Lodge and their owner Delaware North have instituted a program called GreenPath with the goal of Zero Waste. As part of this program, the management has agreed to provide a reusable water bottle to each guest room for our Convention. If you opt in to this program, you will not receive disposable water bottles in your room each day, but will agree to use your reusable water bottle. Please be sure to participate in this program and help reduce our waste impact.
